- A new gambrel style pole building will have interior dimensions of 32’x 40’ with an 8’x10’ attached freezer space. In addition, there will be 8’ covered porches on 3 sides of the building. The building will have a metal green roof and white siding trimmed in green with gray stone veneer on the front. Also, we are planning a classy “Field of Clovers” donor recognition area visible from the drive!
- The facility will actually double the current space to make our delicious hand-made milkshakes. Additional machines will be purchased to help speed up the process and more handwashing sinks will enhance cleanliness.
- The building will include a second floor to house our supplies, but also Junior Fair Board awards, equipment and 4-H camp supplies as well.
- All contractors will be local businesses including:
- PAW Construction, Long Electric, Downey Plumbing and Heating, Precision Plumbing and Heating, Arn Architect and others
What will the building cost?
- We anticipate the final cost to be approximately $156,000.
